Over the past 20 years, Ms. Kuntz has founded and built five businesses, three of which are still in operation, with one surpassing seven figures in revenue. She did this by creating planned, systematic methods of operations. She has been coaching Leaders and developing teams for the past 15 years, all with measurable performance improvements.
Her strong vision for better supports for professionals in their efforts to turn potential into performance lead Ms. Kuntz to become certified as a Business Coach. Her training expertise includes facilitation of parenting classes, designing and implementing state-wide training programs for vocational professionals, as well as coaching executives and sales professionals in leadership development.
Ms. Kuntz is currently Founder of Greenleaf JTS, Inc., a member of the Women Presidents Organization – Columbus, a member of Women for Economic and Leadership Development, a member of Vistage CEO Group, sits on the Boards of the Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst – Ohio, Markmann Properties, LLC, and is Partner in DWK Enterprises. In 2006 Ms. Kuntz was presented with the National Association of Women Business Owners – Columbus Visionary Award.
I wanted to let you know that last year and with your help, I had wanted to reach a big, hairy, audacious goal of 500 active units for myself as a sales person. This number means nothing to you, but so far no other sales person has yet to reach the 400 mark. And guess what, I reached it in December!!!! I’m going to estimate roughly a 165% growth for this year compared to last. That’s very accurate by the way, I did the math!
